Recently, the main structure of ZII-Park Phase II, under the ZGC Development Group, was successfully capped, marking an important progress in the construction of ZII-Park.

Located in Shijingshan District, the core area of West Beijing Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Demonstration Zone, the ZII-PARK, developed by Shijingshan District Government and ZGC Development Group in strategic cooperation, has been listed in Beijing's “three 100 key projects” for four consecutive years.

The ZII-PARK is positioned as a high-end physical space carrier for industrial Internet enterprises. Its core area covers 450,000 square meters in total and is developed in two stages. The first phase, with a total construction area of about 170,000 square meters, has been completed in April 2024. The second phase, covering about 280,000 square meters, is expected to be completed and delivered in 2026.

Upon completion, ZII-PARK will have 18 buildings, including the buildings for headquarters of leading enterprises and high-growth enterprises, the buildings for large- and medium-sized enterprises as well as research and development institutions, and talent apartments, industrial supporting facilities, commercial facilities and so on.

In the future, nearly 150 industrial Internet companies is expected to gather here, generating an annual output value of 50 billion yuan and an annual tax contribution of 2 billion yuan. These firms will provide 15,000 jobs. The regional output is expected to exceed 100 billion yuan/square kilometer. And ZII-PARK will become a new landmark of the industrial Internet in China.
