On the afternoon of June 15, with the last concrete roof of the underground garage of Building 5# being poured, the underground structure of the second phase of ZGC Industrial Internet Industrial Park, a member of the ZGC Development Group, has completed.

The underground structure construction started in October 2023. After scientific demonstration, the project team managed to overcome the adverse factors of higher groundwater level, and formulated a special construction plan. Focusing on each sub-target, they rigorously managed the safety, quality and schedule of the project, pushed forward the construction of the underground main structure on schedule, and smoothly entered the construction phase of the above-ground structure.

Up to now, of the 15 buildings of the second phase of ZGC Industrial Internet Industrial Park, 6 structures have capped their main structures.
