On the morning of June 6, Beijing Intellectual Property Operations Management Co., Ltd. (" Beijing IP "), a subsidiary of the ZGC Group, and the Beijing Branch of China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd. (" Minsheng Bank Beijing Branch ") officially signed a cooperation agreement on financial business in Beijing.

According to the agreement, the two sides will further promote cooperation in intellectual property pledge financing and other operations. Beijing IP will rely on its rich IP operation experience and resources to provide intellectual property pledge financing services throughout the whole process for Minsheng Bank's sci-tech credit products; while Minsheng Bank Beijing Branch will provide more convenient and efficient characteristic financial services for innovative enterprises, leverage the key role of intellectual property as a new productive force, and jointly promote the development of technology finance and inclusive finance. 

The two sides will take this opportunity to give full play to their respective professional advantages in the field of intellectual property operation and financial services. Relying on products such as intellectual property pledge financing, they will carry out activities such as bank-enterprise docking and policy advocacy to further improve the capacity and efficiency of intellectual property financial services and accelerate the transformation of innovation achievements into real productivity.
