On May 31, the launch ceremony was held for the Life Valley International Pharmaceutical Intelligent Manufacturing Park (Phase I).

The park, located to the east of Shahe Railway Station, is designed to bring together R&D and manufacturing enterprises of therapeutic, diagnostic and implant devices and other related products.

The ZGC Medical Device Park, a subsidiary of ZGC Development Group, is responsible for the operation of the project, including overall industrial positioning, park investment solicitation, industrial incubation and cultivation, boosting industrial development, enterprise financing, publicity and promotion, among others.

After completion, the Park can not only upgrade the layout of Beijing's green pharmaceutical and health industry, create a functional extension area for the Life Valley, put in place the complementary types of enterprises and industrial supporting facilities, but also promote urban renewal and transformation, further improve supporting facilities, upgrade urban functions, improve the living environment, and enhance people’s life quality.
