On March 28, the opening ceremony for the Joint Laboratory for Chip Test on the Test Service Platform of IC PARK and Beijing Jifeng was held in ZGC IC Design Park (referred to as “IC PARK”).

The laboratory is an important milestone in the process of deploying IC PARK Generic Technical Service Center from online to offline. Equipped with grinding machines, laser opening machines, X-ray, DB, FIB, ion thinning machines and other related equipment, it can provide enterprises with professional testing services for semiconductor devices like chips, such as appearance inspection, electrical performance testing and non-destructive analysis, failure location, ESD, L/U, accelerated life cycle simulation test and so on.

At present, the third-party professional laboratory in the park has reached 1,100 square meters, with its service capacity in inspection and certification for chips, templates and modules leading in Beijing and even northern China. Thus, it can provide companies within and outside the park with more comprehensive, professional, precise, convenient and safe inspection and testing services.
