Recently, 50 patents, including those from Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., LTD., were open to license with the help of Beijing IP, covering intelligent perception, next-generation information technology and other areas.

Up to now, Beijing IP has guided 10 universities, enterprises and individuals to complete registration of nearly 350 patent open licenses. It adopts differentiated payment methods and license terms according to different features of patentees. In some cases, the maximum license term is up to the expiration of the patent right. The payment methods include one-off payment, full royalty payment, entry fee plus royalty payment, and so on.
