On September 27, ZGC Industrial Internet Company obtained two Construction Permits for the first and second segments of the ZGC Industrial Internet Industrial Park Phase II Project. This milestone was completed 24 days ahead of the original schedule, ensuring the development and construction of the project in compliance with regulations.

It marks the beginning of construction of the main project of the Second Phase of the Internet Industrial Park, implying the project’s construction has entered a key stage of elaborate planning, professional management and all-round construction.

The project, siting in the core area of Xijing plot in Shijingshan District, is constructed in two phases. The first phase (Xijing plot 034) began construction in September 2021, and capped the main structure in November 2022. It is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The second phase will be closely linked with the first phase but develop in a differentiated way. Based on the west of Beijing, it will continue to inject vitality into the high-quality development of the industrial Internet industry in Beijing and even across China.
