On February, the General Index for the Assessment of Industrial Business Environment (T/CIIA 034-2023) (“General Index”) was released on the National Group Standard Information Platform.

 The General Index, co-developed by ZGC Sci-tech Service Company, mainly reflects the “blocking points” and “pain points” of specific systems, mechanisms, policies, measures and service supervision related to industrial development. It enables us to identify and solve the problems in industrial development in three dimensions: system and regulation, public service and industrial services.

As an evaluation index system for the business environment for different industries varying in size and type, it consists of 11 sub-indicators: market access and settlement, industrial regulation, rule of law, credit environment, social fashion, infrastructure construction, public service platform, industrial ecosystem, industrial service, construction investment, production guarantee.
