On December 30, 2022, ZGC Industrial Internet Park, a member of ZGC Development Group, secured the pre-sale license (Beijing Housing Sales Certificate No. 213 (2022)) for its Phase I project, i.e. Industrial Internet Sci-tech Innovation Center, marking the project moving from the construction stage to the sales phase.

As the largest industrial internet park to date in Beijing, it plans to build a range of useful spaces, such as office space, exhibition center, talent training base, international conference center, testing and verification platform, and demonstration production line, and so on.

Meanwhile, in order to provide quality services for enterprises, the industrial park will build a whole industrial chain service system in six aspects, including: technology R&D, talent training, financial services, market and supply chain, intelligent management, and comprehensive business services.

In the future, ZGC Industrial Internet Park will connect the upstream and downstream sectors of the industrial internet, serving as an important pivot of the highly sophisticated industries in Shijingshan District.
