On December 20 of 2022, an unveiling ceremony was held for the Innovation Center of Haikou·ZGC Information Valley. It is located in the center of Longhua District, Haikou City, with a carrier area of 38,000 m2.

According to the design concept of “one innovation center + one industrial park”, the Innovation Center will integrate six innovation elements, i.e. leading enterprises, high-end talents, financial capital, colleges and universities, innovation policies and innovation culture. It aims to create an industrial agglomeration effect in Haikou and build an innovation and development ecosystem like that of Zhongguancun.

In the meantime, the signing ceremonies for offshore enclave platform and innovation service platform and key industrial projects were also held on the spot.

Beijing ZGC Information Valley Asset Management LLC. and Longhua District of Haikou City signed a strategic cooperation agreement on offshore enclave platform. By breaking geographical constrain and forming a multi-location linkage pattern, this platform will promote the two-way circulation and resource sharing of talents, capital, technology, market, supply chain and other resources between Haikou and many developed cities, and facilitate the implementation of technology projects driven by innovation and entrepreneurship. It will also plan and promote the development of sci-tech innovation industries in Longhua District of Haikou City from a global perspective.

Beijing ZGC Information Valley Asset Management LLC. and China United Investment Development Group co., Ltd., Silicon Valley Huiyin (Xiamen) Asset Management co., Ltd. and other companies signed cooperation agreements on innovation service platform through a combination of online and offline methods.

In the next step, the Innovation Center will seize strategic opportunities to build an innovation and entrepreneurship service system, which consists of “one center and ten platforms”, represented by Talent Development Platform, Technological Achievements Display Platform and so on.

The system is designed to provide underpinning platforms for the development of sci-tech innovation enterprises and the exchange of talents and know-how, as well as set up a regional innovation model project with complete innovation elements and highly targeted industries in Haikou City.

Beijing ZGC Information Valley Asset Management LLC. also signed intent agreements on setting up offices in the Innovation Center with 360 Digital Security Technology Group, Guangzhou TITA META and other companies also through a combination of online and offline methods.

The Innovation Center of Haikou · ZGC Information Valley will continue to help enterprises settle down and transform technology achievements. At the same time, it will also build an exchange platform for government-enterprise cooperation to facilitate premium sci-tech projects to land in Haikou.
