With the installation of glass curtain walls on the west and southwest facades of the west building of the first phase, the South Central-Axis International Culture and Technology Park, located in Dahongmen Capital New Business District, has finished its upgrading and renovation project as scheduled, and is making full efforts to open the park by the end of 2022.

Since its inauguration on December 11 last year, the Park has overcome various difficulties to speed up the urban renewal project approval procedures and carrier transformation process. This year, with the support of local departments, it completed the anti-floating engineering ahead of schedule, and demolished a total of 36,000 square meters of illegal buildings. The ecological culture and sci-tech ring that connects the first and second phase of the park has taken shape. The phase I (the west building) has entered the stage of comprehensive reconstruction.  

The International Cultural and Technology Park that integrates “office + business + residential” spaces will provide nearly 100,000m2 diversified office space, more than 20,000m2 commercial facilities and about 500 talent apartments. The Park will also create an internationally competitive and attractive ecological environment for innovation and development, aiming to become a hotbed for unicorn enterprises, “technology + culture” innovation enterprises and multinationals.
