On October 12, ZGC (West Beijing) AI Science and Technology Park Phase I project, which is developed and constructed by ZGC West Beijing Development, a member of ZGC Development Group, received approval from Mentougou Development and Reform Commission. It marks the Phase I of the project officially entered the substantive stage of construction.

The project is located in the southeast part of ZGC • Mentougou Science Park, with an overall planned land of about 36 hectares and a planned building (above ground) of about 549,900 square meters. The Park sits close to the west extension of Chang’an Avenue and provides good supporting facilities. It has the location and cost advantages in promoting achievement transformation for ZGC Science City.  

Phase I covers an area of 8.54 hectares, with a planned construction area of 308,000 square meters, including 226,000 square meters of above-ground building area. It has 12 R&D buildings, 8 experimental buildings for scientific research, 2 multi-story incubation buildings and several supporting facilities, such as a sunken square. Phase I of the project is scheduled to be completed and accepted by the end of 2025.
