China Securities and Guotai Junan Securities-ZGC Sci-tech Leasing 2022 Asset Support Special Plan Phase I was successfully established on September 20.

Among which, Class-A Senior ABS plans to raise 375 million yuan, with AAA rating and the expected maturity date as April 22, 2024.  The interest (coupon rate 3.0%) will be paid quarterly during the revolving and amortization periods, while the principal will be amortized quarterly in a pass-through way.

Class-B Senior ABS plans to raise 300 million yuan, with AAA rating and the expected maturity date as October 21, 2024. The coupon rate is 3.02% and the composite coupon issuing rate is 3.04%.  The interest will be paid quarterly during the revolving and amortization periods, while the principal will be amortized quarterly in a pass-through way. Beijing ZGC Sci-tech Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. provides the second difference payment commitment for Class-B Senior ABS.

This asset backed special plan is a securitization product supported by the leased assets of private technology and new-economy enterprises. It plays an important demonstration role in enabling technology and the development of new economy enterprises by finance and improving the efficiency of enterprise financing.

ZGC Sci-tech Leasing has already successfully issued 9 securitization products, with a cumulative financing scale of 5.48 billion yuan, supporting the development of high-tech and new-economy companies.

As far as the ABSs issued this time, CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. is the plan manager, Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. the sales agency, the Beijing Branch of Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. the supervising bank, and the Beijing Branch of China Minsheng Banking Co., Ltd. the custodian bank. The ABS Phase I has 56 basic asset leasing contracts and 51 lessees in total.
