On August 16, ZGC Information Valley, a subsidiary of ZGC Development Group, and Hengshui High-tech Zone signed Hengshui · ZGC Information Valley Innovation Center Strategic Cooperation Agreement, and Hengshui · ZGC Information Valley Innovation Center Industrial Service Agreement.   

Relying on 280,000 m² carrier of Hengshui Sci-tech Valley, they plan to co-build the Hengshui · ZGC Information Valley Innovation Center and create a demonstration benchmark project with Hengshui characteristics.

In the project, the start-up area is 50,000 m², and the expansion area 165,000 m².  The carrier of start-up area has been completed, including 16,000 m² of office buildings, and 34,000 m² of R&D plants.

According to the plan, the project will set up an innovation exhibition center, a rainforest landscape, office buildings for sci-tech firms, supporting spaces, and will be equipped with talent apartments, a hotel and other supporting service facilities.

Focusing on Hengshui’s “3+2”industrial system, the project will bring in new materials, intelligent manufacturing, pharmacy and health care, among other industries, as well as innovative resources for sci-tech service industry.

It will actively help the transformation and deployment of sci-tech achievements in Beijing and Xiong’an, and build a demonstration model for collaborative innovation and development, i.e.“R&D in Beijing, Transformation in Hengshui, Service in Xiong’an”.
