On the afternoon of April 13, the launch ceremony of the first “Jingcai College Student Innovation competition”, an innovation and entrepreneurship competition among college students, and the opening ceremony of Beijing College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Achievement Exhibition was held in Beijing College Students’ Pioneering Park.
At the ceremony, a support program for entrepreneurs, who were selected from winners of previous China International “Internet+” College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions, was launched.
The program, jointly initiated by ZGC Software Park, ZGC Zhiku Company and China’s leading investment institutions and enterprise service institutions, is committed to promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship among young people, supporting them to realize their dreams, and advancing high-quality industrial development.
It is reported that the plan will help selected entrepreneurs enhance entrepreneurial capability and accelerate project incubation by integrating Zhongguancun resources like policy, capital, talent, market and so on.
The plan, adopting the mode of “one base, two start-up camps”, mainly focuses on three parts: “comprehensively enhance the ability of leading entrepreneurs”, “accelerate space+ investment+ service empowerment” and “empowerment through industrial docking+ application scenarios + market resources”.
To date, a total of 3,225 teams that had won prizes in previous competitions have filed applications. After screening and interviews, more than 200 teams have been selected in the first batch.
