On March 30, ZGC Hongjia Service, an asset-light service subsidiary of ZGC Software Park under the Group, officially signed a contract to operate Mindray Beijing Park, which is another recognition and affirmation of the market after it took charge of the REITs project of ZGC Industrial Park.
Mindray is one of the leading public companies in the field of medical devices and solutions, with business involving life information and support, in vitro diagnostics, and medical imaging. Mindray Beijing Park is located in Changping District, covering an area of nearly 50,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 90,000 square meters, including offices and R&D center.
As the only one property service company named with “ZGC”, ZGC Hongjia Service has been transforming and upgrading from traditional property management to sci-tech property and asset management in recent years, in order to provide more solid support for space operation and industrial management.
At present, it is managing property of 2.43 million square meters within and outside Beijing. Last year, it has signed many new service contracts, covering consulting, asset management, regional management, property service and so on, such as with Hechuang Industrial Center, Tianjin Medical Park, Shanxi Smart Innovation City, Huhhot Headquarters Economy Building, CHINEGY Co., Ltd., Xitieying Industrial Project and etc.

Through the smart property management system, ZGC Hongjia is able to provide services like real-time guidance on operation posts, online check of service quality, customer service tracking. Smart Area Control
ZGC Hongjia uses smart area control system,enabled by IoT, to detect water levels, monitor manhole covers, check electric and firefighting systems, and capture images. After these sensor data are aggregated to the big data platform through IoT, it can keep abreast of various events.
To control road traffic in real time, ZGC Hongjia conducts management, like vehicle information collection, data statistics, parking guidance, and illegal parking management, on the Vehicle Information Management Platform, providing better service experience for customers.
Specialized Laboratory Services
ZGC Hongjia also provides specialized services for advanced laboratories (quantum labs, IDA data centers, etc.) that needs special equipment and high-precision instrument.
