On the morning of June 30th, the launching ceremony of IC PARK Investment and Financing Service Center was held.

As an important measure by IC PARK to deepen and consolidation the industrial service system, the Investment and Financing Service Center will further enrich and improve the comprehensive industrial service framework.

With the cooperation of partners across IC PARK, the Center is working to bridge enterprises and capital, cultivate sprouts of future industries, and escort the rapid landing and healthy growth of high-quality semiconductor projects throughout their whole life cycle.

The Investment and Financing Service Center has four main businesses:

No. 1 Equity Financing Services

The Center, in partnership with several equity investment institutions like Beijing IC Parent Fund, China Venture Capital and Dading Capital, provides full-cycle, multi-level equity financing services, including angel investment, VC, PE, listing, merger and acquisition among other services.

No. 2 Debt Financing Services

Together with Bank of Beijing, Bank of Shanghai, Bank of Ningbo, Bank of Zhongguancun and other debt financing institutions, the Center offers growing tech firms with a range of debt financing products, like credit loan, high-tech firm credit, investment and credit linkage and etc.  

No. 3 Innovation-related Financing Services

The Center also cooperates with Beijing IP and ZGC Sci-tech Guarantee to provide innovation-related financing products, such as stock options, IP pledge, guarantee and loan linkage, supply-chain finance, and so on.

No. 4 Pre-IPO Tutoring Services

Teaming up with Qiyuan Capital, Guotai Junan Securities, Shengang Securities and other partners, the Center provides listing guidance, capital operation and other services for enterprises to be listed.

At the event, IC PARK Investment and Financing Service Center also held a partner appointment ceremony, issuing partner appointment letters to 14 institutions, including Bank of Beijing, Bank of Ningbo, Guotai Junan Securities and etc.
