No.6 Building of Phase I of ZGC · Tianjin High-end Medical Industrial Park was roofed on June 25, 2021. The Phase I project is reported to have 9 buildings in total, including both multi-layer and detached buildings. The project also allows enterprises to customize their plants.

With the overall green rate more than 20%, the Industrial Park, having a central landscape corridor running through, provides a comfortable production and work environment for firms. 

The Phase I project is planned to be completed by the end of September 2021. Afterwards, it will create a new highland for the healthcare industry in Tianjin, playing a unique role in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development.

As an important measure by ZGC Development Group to plan the layout of the healthcare sector in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the Industrial Park is located in Beijing-Tianjin ZGC Sci-Tech City, with a total investment of about 500 million yuan and a total planning area of about 100,000 square meters.

ZGC · Tianjin High-end Medical Industrial Park, the first sub-project of ZGC Medical Device Park (Beijing), is a key project of ZGC Beijing-Tianjin Sci-Tech City and a new demonstration of the collaborative industrial development of Beijing and Tianjin.
