On January 15, ZGC Development Group successfully issued its first SCP in 2021 in the amount of 1 billion yuan, with the returning rate of 2.99% and the maturity of 270 days and the credit rating as AAA. It has the lowest coupon rate compared with other bills of the same maturity periods and the same credit ratings.

The successful issuance of this SCP will facilitate the Group’s transformation, further adjustment of the Group’s debt structure. It will lower the financing costs and boost the popularity of the Group in the capital market, laying a solid foundation for the future capital operation.
