On December 3, the first China Sci-tech Resources and Industrial Services Forum (“Forum) opened. Forum will carry out a series of activities with representatives from the political, industrial, academic and research sectors, focusing on themes as meeting technological needs, transforming the achievements of universities, industrial technical services and integrated development of industries.

Forum is sponsored by ZGC Development Group and the National Scientific Research Instrument Service Alliance and supported by more than ten units related to sci-tech resources and industrial services at provincial or municipal level. 

At the Forum, ZGC Sci-tech Service Company and National Scientific Research Instrument Service Alliance reached a strategic cooperation agreement, in order to make most of brand and service advantages of Zhongguancun and promote the confluence of national sci-tech innovation resources to Zhongguancun.

Subsequently, ZGC Rail Transit Industrial Service Platform (“Platform”), jointly built by ZGC Rail Transit Industrial Development Company and the first group of 13 industrial service organizations, was officially released.

Platform represents an important measure to implement the Guidance of Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Area on Promoting the Construction of Characteristic Industrial Park and Improving Sub-parks’ Industrial Service Capacity and ZGC Fengtai Park’s Action Plan for the Innovation and Development of Rail Transit Industry (2020-2022).

Mainly centering on the rail transit industry of hundreds of billions of yuan in Fengtai District, Platform seeks to make most of its advantages of service resources.

 With the concept of co-construction, sharing and win-win, Platform is committed to serve all kinds of enterprises in Zhongguancun rail transit industry, build an industrial service ecosystem, contributing to the high-quality development of the rail transit industry in Fengtai District.   

There are 13 industrial service agencies participating in the platform construction at present, covering innovation R&D services, inspection and test services, IP rights services, investment and financing services, among other services. In future, Platform will constantly enrich its service projects and provide firms with one-stop and all-round service.
