On the afternoon of November 10, Maxwell Innovation and Popular Science Experimental Park, a cutting-edge sci-tech achievement display platform focusing on the nanometer energy research and underpinned by Academician Wang Zhonglin and Beijing Institute of Nanometer Energy and Systems, held an opening ceremony in the lecture hall of Nanometer Energy Institute. At the ceremony, Maxwell Experimental Park won the title of “Science Popularization Demonstration Base of Huairou District”. 

The Park, covering an area of more than 600 square meters, includes a primary exhibition area, a science film area and a hands-on area. It displays to the public more than 100 popular science exhibits, over 50 science and innovation courses with regard to cutting-edge scientific research, 26 popular science movies and 200 plus interesting scientific phenomena and experiments which are a combination of nature and science.
