A Letter of Intent on Cooperation was signed by Zhongguancun Zhizhen Environmental Protection co., Ltd. and China Railway Construction Ecological Environmental co., Ltd. in October 2020. It is designed to draw on each other’s strengths and achieve mutual benefit and common development.

The cooperation covers sewage treatment, comprehensive management of rivers, solid waste treatment and disposal and other aspects of ecological and environmental protection. It also involves geological disaster prevention and treatment, integrated urban management, landscape and industrial parks and other fields, laying a firm base for realizing the goal of all-round win-win cooperation and coordinated development.

According to distinct features of the project, the two sides will adopt multiple market-oriented cooperation models and build two types of cooperation mechanism. The first mechanism is consulting and coordinating relevant issues through regular and irregular meetings. The second is the mechanism of “discussion for every and each case”. In other words, full discussion and collaboration should be involved during the implementation of each project, so as to achieve mutual benefits and common development.
