On September 22, the opening ceremony of ZGC٠Luquan Collaborative Development Center, operated by Shijiazhuang Zhongguancun Collaborative Development co., Ltd., was held in Keying Smart Innovation Valley, Luquan District in Shijiazhuang City.

Based on the electronic information industry in Luquan District, the Collaborative Development Center will focus on developing the digital security and emergency industry, creating an innovation platform and providing broad development space for emergency enterprises across China. The center will introduce a dual registration system to realize the mode of “R&D in Beijing, manufacturing in Luquan”. Enterprises are registered in Beijing ZGC Collaborative Development International Industrial Cooperation and Exchange Center for R&D and incubation; they are also registered in ZGC٠Luquan Collaborative Development Center for project transformation and deployment. The system helps Beijing build a ecosystem for high-end technological industries and a sci-tech innovation center, and at the same time promotes industrial innovation and upgrading in Luquan District.

At the opening ceremony, Shijiazhuang ZGC Collaborative Development co., Ltd. signed cooperation agreements with 9 high-tech enterprises engaged in the sectors of emergency and electronic information, such as Beijing Aerospace Changxing Science and Technology Development co., Ltd., Beijing Golden Scorpion Bioelectronics Technology co., Ltd. and etc.

Meanwhile, nine service agencies set up their work stations in the center, including Beijing ZGC Technology Financing Guarantee co., Ltd., ZGC Sci-tech Leasing co., Ltd., Bank of Heibei, Beijing Zhongguancun Development Qihang Innovation Investment Fund (L.P.) and etc. 

In addition, Shijiazhuang ZGC Collaborative Development Company will work with the Emergency Rescue Volunteer Committee of China Volunteers Association to establish a R&D center, an exhibition and sales base and a production base for emergency rescue products and equipment, as well as to hold a promotion conference for the emergency industry. A base that integrating production, marketing, exhibition and research will provide abundant application scenarios for premium enterprises in the emergency industry, promoting the development of emergency industry.
