On the morning of September 27, the Changping Group of the Sci-tech Innovation Area under China (Beijing) Free Trade Pilot Zone was officially inaugurated in ZGC Life Science Park.

ZGC Life Science Park pools a number of top-tier R&D institutions, like Beijing Life Science Institute, Beijing Brain Science and Brain-like Research Center and National Center of Protein Science, gathering a group of top scientists and more than 150 high-level talents. The Park is home to hundreds of innovative medical and health enterprises, integrating resources of the whole-industry chain ranging from fundamental research, pilot research, production and distribution, to terminal medical treatment.

Unveiling the nameplate for China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone Sci-tech Innovation Area represents a new milestone in the development of ZGC Life Science Park.  

In the future, ZGC Life Science Park will focus on continual improving its innovative capability, promoting innovation in institution, policy and service, building a high-level platform that opens to the outside, and fostering an internationally first-class industrial ecosystem that is integrated into the global innovation network.

It will also make every effort to create a “nuclear explosion point” for Beijing’s health care sector, and accelerate the construction of a world-leading “life valley”. In doing so, health-care innovations can better promote economic growth, benefit people’s well-being, becoming a new driver for the high-quality development of the capital.
