On August 27, a video conference was held on Beijing-Fujian (Sanming) Science and Technology Cooperation. During the conference, Sanming City and ZGC Development Group signed a contract to jointly build “One Park and One Base”, namely, Sanming٠ZGC Sci-tech Park and Sanming٠ZGC Sci-tech Industrial Base, causing a lot of attention.

Sanming٠ZGC Sci-tech Park is reported to cover a total area of 445 mu (about 300,000 square meters), with the estimated construction area to be 600,000 square meters. Sanming Economic Development Zone, Sanming High-tech Zone Jinsha Park, Yong’an Graphite and Graphene Industrial Park have set aside certain areas respectively to build Sanming٠ZGC Sci-tech Industrial Base. 

In addition, Sanming City and Zhongguancun will deepen cooperation for win-win results. To this end, they will jointly set up a development fund to encourage financial institutions of Sanming to cooperate with Zhongguancun-related resources; jointly support a number of the environment protection projects by taking advantage of Zhongguancun’s professional advantages and expert teams in the field of environmental protection, and fully participate in key projects of Sanming city, such as the comprehensive control of environmental pollution to promote green development in Sanming City. Meanwhile, ZGC Development Group will establish a Sanming Investment Center in Z-Park, sharing all investment resources with Sanming City, guiding and supporting its investment attraction efforts.
