Having undergone a series of complicated and strict evaluation, the ZGC IC Park recently successfully passed the review and won the recognition of “the centralized office area for sci-tech startups (the 9th batch) in Haidian District” (“Centralized Office Area”), indicating that its capability of hard technology incubation and innovative comprehensive office services are highly recognized. 

Centralized Office Area refers to a workplace operated by an independent institution that provides professional office services for technical startups. As an important carrier to improve the entrepreneurial environment and support SMMEs’ development, Centralized Office Area provides startups with agency services, concerning registration, industrial and commercial administration, tax, financial and social security, as well as value-added guidance, such as business consultation, investment and financing.
