On May 11, ZGC Information Valley and Dalian Jinpu New District signed the Preparatory-period Cooperation Agreement on the Innovation Center of Dalian٠ZGC Information Valley in Dalian City. The two sides discussed the future operation and cooperation of the project.

ZGC Information Valley and Jinpu New District plan to establish an Innovation Center in the international business area of Xiaoyaowan. They also plan to construct an innovation ecosystem similar to Z-Park but still with Dalian characteristics by importing the high-quality resources of Z-Park, seizing the opportunity of revitalization of the northeastern China and the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.

Eventually, the Innovation Center will achieve coordinated development of innovation and industries in Beijing and Dalian through introducing enterprises, becoming a demonstration model in the northeast China.
