On September 19, 2019 Zhongguancun innovative growth convertible bonds of a small and micro firm in Z-Park, underwritten by ZGC Sci-tech Guarantee Company, was successfully issued in the Fourth Board Market of Beijing, with a size of 20 million yuan, a maturity of 3 years and a coupon rate of 6.5%.

ZGC Sci-tech Guarantee Company, the lead underwriter of this bond issuance, has independently completed the schematic design of product, due diligence, preparation of application materials, institutional coordination and other links of the work. It has also introduced external institutional investors, accumulating experience for the future issuance of Zhongguancun innovative growth convertible bonds in larger scales.
