On December 18, the launching ceremony of the research of ZGC Public Service Platform for Biomedical Import and Export and the inauguration of the ZGC Joint Innovation Service Center of Life Science (hereafter referred to as “Center”) were held at the Biotech R&D Center inside the ZGC Life Science Park. 

The Innovation Service Center is located in the ZGC Life Science Park, a national biological industry base in Beijing. Its main business is the import and export of biological materials and special articles. It is a one-stop service platform that integrates the first public bonded warehouse of biomedical industry in China, the whole-process inspection and quarantine platform, the joint service hall of customs and inspection and other facilities.

It is the first professional “one-stop” public service platform for import and export, mainly serving the biomedical industry, in China. The platform also carries functions of government services and pilot policy innovation. The Center is the window for customs, inspection and quarantine departments to jointly provide services to enterprises in the ZGC Sci-tech Park, and also a trial base for implementing innovative policies of customs, quarantine and other departments.
